You MAY NOT distribute any of the files contained in the compressed pack in any electronic format (BBS, Diskette, CD, etc), nor the compressed file itself,PERIOD! READ SPECIAL NOTE!! -LIFE OR DEATH!!----or a beer! *special note* This level, as I was building it, started out with just the den part with the outdoor pool area. And even then, there was no pool, no stars, and with no girls!. But anyway, about the nasty note above, that song is in fact protected. And since I am the guitar player, I have given myself permission to use it in this map. But, YOU CAN'T!! That is, you cannot make a map and use my song in it, and then publish it or distribute it in any form whatsoever. I, and the ftp or bbs site you recieved this map pack from are the only sources you are going to get that particular audio file. You may make a map for your own uses with the music, but it cannot be put out on the web or transferred by any means, electronic or acoustical pick-up (microphone) or any other means. Your buddy will just have to bring over a disk or you give him one and let him log on through you to get the audio file. THAT IS THE ONLY OTHER GRANT PERMMITTED AT THIS TIME. YOU CANNOT SIMPLY COPY IT FROM YOUR DRIVE TO HIS OR HER DISK. YOU MUST LOG ONTO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER OR DIRECT CONNECT AND DOWNLOAD THE MAP FROM THE FTP OR BBS SITE YOU RECIEVED THE FILE FROM. RESPECT AUTHORS RIGHTS AND MORE NEAT STUFF WILL COME, INCLUDING SOME NEW MUSIC YOU CAN ALSO ORDER! (yes, the other music is also copyrighted.) Now, if you like the song contained in the level, and wanna hear more, you can load the level and just park your happy ass in front of one of the radios, and let your friends blow you away! (just kidding!!) You can contact me via email and order a single cassette copy of this song. Copies are $2.25 per copy, and are recorded onto Ampex 456 studio demo tape, and from the digital master. At this time, no CD is available. Maybe in the future. Pentacle release # PR-0141-R (c) 1987 Pentacle Music Publishing. All rights reserved. Sincerely, HERE-CATCH "BOOM" CHANEZ In case you did not see it in the control room inside the game level, the song and group are: Song: Wang-Lou-Lou, from the album, "I've been synged" ya know, burnned Group: Krimson Synge They are: Vocals: Rodney Jennings Drums: Ricky Davis Guitar: Mark Chanez Bass: Scott Lambert Recorded June 28, 1987 in Rick's piece of @#%$ trailer, with a junk 2 track, worn head, open reel recorder running at 15 i.p.s.. The Digital master is a re-work of the original analog reel of tape used when we recorded the song. The music was digitally enhanced and processed using some pretty killer computer audio hardware and software. The samples are at 11 khz mono, .voc format. (sounds better when heard outside of the game engine) This level focuses on battle survival tactics rather than puzzle solving. Try not to destroy any furnishings in the rooms and by all means possible, keep the girls safe. This level has one rule, it is a "Dog eat Dog" all-out, go for it, blow em up, snot in the grass level. Play at your own risk. You are allowed one cheat, and if I were you, you might want to consider DNSTUFF, but only once!!!!! (yeah, right!) *Next map* Dukes Den part two, with a music sample about the L.A. riots. "Souls Unrest"(c) 1994 Pentacle Music Publishing, and "Dog eat Dog", Pentacle's first studio test recording.
