Description : A 4 player Dukematch-only map which takes place on a moonbase. Additional Credits To : Steve Long, Map Whiz, for beta testing and suggestions. Also to Harley (James Rasmussen) and Dave Cowan for stomping some bugs for me. =========================================================================== * Play Information * Episode and Level # : whatever Single Player : Nope. DukeMatch 2-4 Player : Yes Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes Difficulty Settings : Not implemented Plutonium Pak Required : No New Art : No New Music : No New Sound Effects : No New .CON Files : No Demos Replaced : None ===================================================================== * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Level Editor(s) Used : BUILD Art Editor(s) Used : None Construction Time : A couple of weeks on and off Known Bugs/Problems : Some minor HOM effects in the internal 2nd/3rd floor stairway I left out the jetpack because of this, actually. If you fly around and view the level from certain angles, you could see some HOM effects from seeing 2 areas at once. * Where to get this MAP file * File location : My WebSite. (see above) or www.DukeWorld.com =========================================================================== *Important Information* Installation : Just UnZip Ground0.zip to your Duke Nukem maps directory and run it. At the DOS prompt you can type: 'Duke3d map ground0' Important Notes : Pay attention to shading! An off-shade texture usually means there's a secret there. The color RED is a clue to secrets, too. Can you find ALL the secrets? Hint: Check the Monitors. Be careful using the hidden sniper spot! While it is a good place to camp, remember that it IS a teleport destination and if someone else warps in while you're using it, you'll get fragged. (Serves you right, too) ;) Lots of teleporters and sector warping stuff. Enjoy! Have fun playing. Send email to my address if you have any questions, ideas, problems, death threats or critisism. ========================================================================
