Base                   : New level from scratch
Level Editor(s) Used   : BUILD  the one and only 
Construction Time      : About 8hrs. all told
Known Bugs             : Some times if your standing half on & half off of
                         a lift it will catapult you in to the air. this 
                         can be an advantage, you can use it to jump from 
                         one tower to the next or fly above a higher tower
                         your friend is on and loose a rocket on his ass!
