Level Notes:            Duke takes a ride on the most dangerous slide in
                        existence. Dodge pits as you coast down at dizzying
                        speeds. Whip around corners with the wind biting into
                        your face. Laugh as your opponents corpse rides along
                        with you. Attack from bridges and other sniper points.
                        It's DELIVERANCE without that creepy little Banjo boy.
