What this does:

This will do a few changes.  It will make it so when you give the hooker lady
money, Duke will lookup and say "Hail to the king baby!"
Second, it will make the RPG 1/3 stronger.  Last, the Lizard troopers shoot
morters, I tried for pipe bombs, but they couldn't use them, I guess they
didn't know how to press the button after throwing.  Kinda like throwing
a grenade and not pulling the pin!  :)
