Installiation:
Put the Pak0.pak file into a directory under Quake (e.g. C:\game\quake\catalyst2)
then run Quake with the game paramater "Quake -game catalyst2" and the movie will
automatically launch.  If you computer can't handle this just change your resolution suitable to play the demo, and then into the console
type "startdemos intro2 part2".
