install:
unzip the archive first
create a new directory in your quake directory called pinker or something and
a sub directory called progs (e.g. c:\quake\pinker\progs),copy player.mdl
and h_player.mdl to the progs directory,to start quake with the new skin type:
  quake -game pinker
