MY 2nd *Decent* skin, first female.

I took a bunch of snipets from the female skins included with q2, a snipet or
two from some of the naked female skins I saw, and then I put them into one and
added clothes.  She is scantily clad, but clothed.  Some of the bases I used
were judy's_nudy.pcx and jezebel.pcx(I think).  The rest is made
by me.
