Instructions:	Just unzip all these files to your 
			quake2/baseq2/players/male directory

Description: 	This skin is so much better than my failure of a first skin. I got this idea from a 
		comic book. This skin is a rogue trooper(genetic infantry). 

Future Plans:	I hope to release a few different types of these genetic infantry skins soon. 
		Still trying a "JUDGE DREDD".
