Metal Textures ============== By Tom Cleghorn aka Murgatroyd murgatroyd@geocities.com 26/4/98 Files: ------ metala_0.wal metala_1.wal metala_2.wal metala_3.wal metala_4.wal metala_7.wal metala_8.wal metala_b.wal readme.txt Description ----------- metala_0.wal: This is the base metal texture used for all the others. 64x64. metala_1.wal: A 2-panelled texture, one with ventilation slats, the other with a Strogg eagle symbol. 64x64. metala_2.wal: The base texture modified to look like panels when tiled. 64x64. metala_3.wal: Base texture repeated four times with a bloodstain in the centre. 128x128 metala_4.wal: Base texture with scratches. 64x64. metala_7.wal: Looks more like some porous rock, actually. 64x64. metala_8.wal: Base texture with a light fitting. 64x64. metala_b.wal: Either a laser or a small light fitting with warning signs around the edge. 64x64. Notes ----- Unzip metal.zip to your baseq2 directory, making sure you retain the directory structure. All of these were created wholly in Wally v1.01 . If you don't understand how to use them, read the Wally online help, which was written by some handsome, debonair chap :) The tutorial on the Wally site is also worth reading.
