* Build Information *

Replace the two files 'camera.c' and 'drag.c' in the /utils3/qe4 directory
with those included in this zip. Recompile 'qe3 - Win32 Release' and copy
the new binary into bin_nt over the original.

* Useage *

Holding down the left mouse button and clicking the right will have the same
effect as clicking the middle button in the original QE4.

Left+Right		-	Grab texture
Ctrl Left+Right		-	Set entire brush to texture
Ctrl Shift Left+Right	-	Set single face to texture
