   Worldwide MicroTronics Inc., purchased the popular "MipDip" 
   program from the original author and is making that program 
   available here as a free "Lite" version. It has no limitations 
   or restrictions compared with the last release of MipDip, so 
   it is quite useful even in this form. Worldwide MicroTronics 
   Inc. is planning a number of enhancements and new features for 
   qART in the future that will be available for a modest cost.
