Description: | Unreal game modification where you must harvest the rising soul from dead bodies to score points. |
This type of gameplay has many advantages. It reduces the effectiveness of snipers and campers. If you are sniping at someone far away, then chances are you will not be able to reach them in time to capture their soul that is rising into the air. This mod encourages close action and tight gameplay, so that players may harvest souls after they kill their opponents.
BotMatch: | To play Soul Harvest against Unreal's bots, go to the Unreal Menu, and select "Game", then "BotMatch", and under "Gametype", select "SoulHarvest". Configure the game however you like, and then choose "Start Game" |

Joining a Multiplayer Game: | Open up GameSpy, and find a server with a Soul Harvest Gametype. You can use the GameSpy tab included in the zip file if you so desire. Or, using Unreal 224, go to "Multiplayer" and then to "Join Game". That pops up Unreal's Server Browser. Find a Soul Harvest server there and you'll be on your way. |
Serving a Multiplayer Game: | Currently there are two ways to start a Soul Harvest Server:
