One of Duke's informants has revealed a plot by a L.A. gang that has been stealing explosives from the US Army, and plans on selling them to terrorist groups worldwide. "Its time to go back, back to L.A. for some HIGH IMPACT law enforcement!" Duke said in his raspy voice. Later that evening, Duke stepped out of his trusty copter and looked around. Those thugs had filled a warehouse with stolen C-9 explosives, and were shipping them out by truck. When the gang saw Duke coming, the took off, all but one. This guy was big, mean, and ugly. A perfect match for Duke! Duke slapped a fresh clip into his trusty sidearm and said..... "Come on!"
