Actually, it was just an excuse to use some unused textures. :) * I also added a terrain lump for use with ZDoom 1.23. ** Map10 now uses fade instead outside fog, so you'll need at least ZDoom verion 1.23 to see the effect, otherwise there will be no fog. ** * The monster teleport lines in 3 maps were broken. How the hell I don't know. Author Info : Authored various other wads. Collect them all! Description : This is a 14 level pwad designed to go with Sirens (my sprite wad). You DON'T need the sprite wad to play the levels. They are cool, fun levels and can be enjoyed seperately, but the story will be stupid without the sprites. I'll give instructions on how to mix the wads if you happen to want to add my sprites to this wad. Level 14 is the last level (I just couldn't make 32 levels) and has a new female end boss in it. It looks very nice. If you use ZDoom you won't have any problems with the decorations. If you aren't using ZDoom you should get it at http://zdoom.notgod.com/. If you insist on using doom2.exe, then you can either add all sprites to this wad (making it huge) or merge. But that's all up to you. I decided not to add any batch files to accomodate it. Now let's talk about my sprite wad available at http://wraith.betterbox.net. It's really R-rated and well done, so don't let that scare you off. Go get it. If you are prohibited from viewing such material or just don't want to, don't worry about it. This wad can stand alone as 14 decent Doom2 levels. Now, unzip everything into your Doom2 (or ZDoom) directory and run zdoom -file sirenszd.wad. NOTE: This wad does NOT contain the female monsters. You need BOTH wads if you want it all. Download sirens.wad and unzip it. To use both wads you would type: zdoom -file sirenszd.wad sirens.wad. Note also that you should tell zdoom what id wad you have or it may get screwy. Like this: -iwad doom2.wad. So the whole command would be: zdoom -iwad doom2.wad -file sirenszd.wad sirens.wad * Copyright / Permissions * Authors may NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels unless you ask me. BUT feel free to use the textures in this wad as long as you credit all the folks up above and myself. You MAY distribute this WAD, provided you include this file, with no modifications. You may distribute this file in any electronic format (BBS, Diskette, CD, etc) as long as you include this file intact.
