This is important as then enemies can't tell where you are. If you can't rocket-jump then now is the time to learn and the same goes for circular jumping. Both of these techniques are essential to being a competent Quake player, practice them here. If you're still using the keyboard or even a slow mouse speed, then use my config (stash.rc) that is included in this zip. Copy it into your Quake\Id1 directory. It's the best! ================================================================ Credits ---------------------------------------------------------------- Credit is due to Andrew "1UP" Kirk for both playtesting and criticism, Glen "Silegnav" Aitken for letting me find out just how many frags are possible in one minute (playtesting) and to Tim "Variable" Pask for some valid points, teaching me humility in QUAKE and letting me know about Fusion 98. A BIG thankyou to both Copy and Headshot for telling me of the existance of the "pointfile " command in Q1 to help find those pesky holes and for inspiring me, their levels rule. Credit is also due to Ben Morris for the most excellent Worldcraft and id for existing and being some of the cleverest bods on Earth. ================================================================ COPYRIGHT NOTICES and PERMISSION ---------------------------------------------------------------- Authors may NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels.
