I got bored one day and decided to make a start map... I made it for
absolutly no reason at all and finally decided, wait a minute... why
am I making this?  So, I took what I had completed and I'm uploading
it to whoever wants it... (no one WILL want it, but it's like old
clothes, why throw them away when you can give them to goodwill?)

the start level never really was finished though everything is func-
tional.  all that needs to be added is a little light, if you want
to play it you'll probably need to adjust r_ambient to something like
80.  it features gates to the registered episodes, two other levels...
and has easy, normal, hard and nightmare selection gates.
