This was my first attempt at a real skin for Q2 and it seemed to have
worked out nicely. Looks its best  in 3Dfx of couse(as all things do)
Unzip the pcx files to your Quake2\baseq2\players\male folder(or where
you put your skins) and do player setup, blah, blahh, you know the way
