Ok, i know...Everyone had made this patch before me, but i wanted to make my own. Itīs wery bloooooody!!!
Itīs something special with this patch...

create a subdirectory under quake, name it Gore
create a subdirectory under Gore, name is src
copy player.qc and weapons.qc to /quake/gore/src
execute qcc.exe from /quake/gore/src 

To play:
From dos: quake -game gibex

Where to get qcc: www.stomped.com, look for qcc.zip

Look for:

Nuke(Not released yet, zoon): It is what it sounds like, a nuke bomb patch, with exploding shrapnels. 

JetPack(Not released yet, zoon): Fly away from your opponents. Fly into secrets...etc etc. 

GibExplode: When someone gib you, you explode.
