How to Install the Modification
-------------------------------
Unzip drug.zip into your quake c source directory (weapons.qc will be
changed). Now compile with qccdos and start quake with e.g.
   quake -game drug   (or the directory where the compiled progs.dat is)

Technical Details

Used some console commands and a little quake c to make the player stagger...
Sorry, but i did not write much comments into the source.
