Description of the Modification
-------------------------------
I'm used to playing CTF3.5 & CTF4 where there is a previous weapon command 
(impulse 69).  It was hard to adjust to life with this not in the Rogue CTF 
code.  I basically stole the code out of the CTF4 qc files and modified 
them to fit into the Rogue DOE environment (i.e. handled the new weapons).

How to Install the Modification
-------------------------------
Unfortunately the only way I could make this work is to unpak Rogue's
pak0.pak file and remove the progs.dat file from it.  Simply putting a new
progs.dat file in the directory didn't work.  I would highly recommend
using Winpack from Anthony J H Barratt.  

If anyone knows of a cleaner way to do this let me know.
