Mod Title: Tracking Missle

Simply select the rocket launcher twice to enable the tracker missile.  You
get 1 tracker for every launcher/missile pack you pick up.

Installation:
        Make a directory TRACKER under you quake directory, and unzip the
file into that dir, then launch quake with the -game TRACKER cmd line option.

Credits: Me, and Id Software for making Quake so easy to Mod.

Known Bugs:
        -The pitch calc is way the #@#$% off, so if a target is above or
         below, it will fly all over the place.
