This is a very short little demo which shows how to make a single jump
to the enemy base and snatch the flag without being hit once by the
motion turrets and then return the flag with a single jump.  This
demos shows how to do this for both bases.  Also, the routes which I
show are just two of the many that can be taken on the map.  The
secret to a single jump is to jump off your own base onto a downward
hill then slide to an upward hill and jetpack your way up then forward
to the enemy base.  Any hill will do.

Now the secret to snatching the flag without being shot once by the
motion turrets is to drop through their top entrance and make sure to
fall exactly on the center of the flag podium then let your body
bounce back up at which time you hit the jump key then jetpack you way
up the entrance.  Make sure that you hit the flag podium in the
middle or you will go flying to a side and get shot down by the
turrets.
