This archive contains a minimal Python base as required by QuArK
(Quake Army Knife).

The installer is more recent than the one of "minipy15.exe", but
you don't need to download this again if you already sucessfully
installed "minipy15.exe" (or the whole Python).

Python is a copyrighted product but can be freely distributed.
